Use of Our Services
Our tutoring services are intended for educational purposes only. You agree to:
- Respect our tutors and maintain appropriate behavior during sessions
- Be punctual for scheduled sessions
- Have the necessary technical equipment for online sessions
- Not record sessions without explicit consent
Booking and Payment
When booking tutoring sessions, you agree to provide accurate information. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations to receive a refund.
Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and resources provided during tutoring sessions are the intellectual property of GoBeyond Tuition or the respective copyright holders. You may not reproduce or distribute these materials without explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
GoBeyond Tuition shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
